1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items on sale or clearance are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
